As an innovator of tool system service, Guangdong Newbakers Industrial Co.,Ltd. has been oriented to produce matching tools for equipment in manufacturing industry, serve the intelligent manufacturing industry, and dedicated to be a growth oriented enterprise in research and development, inspection and service of PVC hoses, electric tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, automobile accessories, mechanical hardware, and special hoses, including PVC flexible hose, PU hose, EVA flexible hose, two-color hose, oxygen hose, acetylene hose, oxygen acetylene hose, water delivery hose, high-voltage hose, ventilation hose, PVC silicon fiberglass sleeving, gas hose and special hoses for robot, and even tools for people’s livelihood. We own two brands-Newbakers and Karlos. With years of development and accumulation, our company has regular business with more than 5000 stable customers. In the future, the company will work on asset operation and capital operation, form strategic alliance with 100 downstream enterprises in equity and brand in Guangdong, and build entrepreneurial, innovative and growing Newbakers brand community in pursuing maximum interests for shareholders.
Capital operation
On March 20, 2015, the company received the approval from National Equities Exchange and Quotations and was approved to log in ‘new delta’. We diversified our products in the future development through finance innovation, integrated upstream and downstream resources and built large commerce platform so as to satisfy all public requirements from the industry to the livelihood of people and serve the country with our products and services.
As a public company, Newbakers served the public, and also took measures to help staffs to fulfill their dreams and promotion. At the end of 2014, under the guidance of ‘people who operate have rights’ of the company, Newbakers vigorously implemented encouragement scheme of the stock option. Currently, many company staffs held stocks of Newbakers.
The company has set up a financial investment department since December 2014. With direct leadership of the chairman of the board and cultivation of elites of all social circles, this department has made an intensive study on stock investment, asset acquisition, equity investment and other fields, and compiled planning schemes to guarantee capital operation for the last mile.
Operation of assets
The headquarters of this company is located in the famous food town of Dongguan-Chanshan Town, we own large modern logistics and distribution center, and set up professional service teams for the center to go through Dongguan, Shenzhen, Huizhou and other cities.
Guided by the spirit of ‘culture, service, confidence’ and the concept of ‘only culture prevails in modern society’, the company found Newbakers Business School on January 11, 2015 for providing significant training resources for enterprise staffs and company partners and promoting growth of talents, thus laying a good foundation for large enterprise in tools industry.
In 2015, Newbakers spreaded sails and forged ahead on the way to set up new trade platform ecosystem and excellent tool brand enterprise with new status, strong responsibility and advanced management member concept. In the future, as a new star of domestic hardware tools industry, Newbakers will work on realizing management integration, getting through channels of upstream and downstream resources, forming a strategic alliance with other enterprises, setting up subsidiary corporations, participating management of other companys and creating a new Newbaker enterprise ecosystem, thus laying a good foundation for becoming a responsible public company and moving to the target of upgrading Newbakers to the small section of ‘NASDAQ’.
